Undergraduate Program in Japanese Literature of FIB USU Student Hana Nazihah Siregar Wins 2nd Place in the 10th National Japanese Speech Essay Competition 2026 Hana Nazihah Siregar, a student of the Undergraduate Program in Japanese Literature of FIB USU, won 2nd Place in the 10th Japanese Speech Essay Competition organized by Komaru Transportation Foundation, Fukuyama City University, and Universitas Darma Persada on January 10, 2026, in Jakarta. With the theme “Transportation,” the activity served as a platform for students studying Japanese to hone their Japanese language and public speaking skills as well as convey ideas regarding transportation and traffic safety. 10 January 2026

25th AOTAKE ANNIVERSARY: SHINKI ITTEN, NEW SPIRIT, A NEW BEGINNING The 25th Aotake Anniversary of the Undergraduate Program in Japanese Literature of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences USU carried the theme “Shinki Itten (心機一転)”, meaning “New Spirit, A New Beginning”.
