FIB USU PR - On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), organized the distribution of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H gift packages to academic staff, administrative staff, and outdoor personnel within the faculty.
The activity, held within the FIB USU premises, reflects the faculty leadership’s appreciation and care for all members of the academic community and supporting staff who have contributed to the smooth implementation of academic and operational activities.
The symbolic handover of the gift packages was carried out by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A., accompanied by the Vice Deans, to representatives of lecturers, administrative staff, and outdoor personnel. This moment also served as an opportunity to strengthen collegial ties and foster a sense of togetherness within the FIB USU community ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H.
On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A. expressed her hope that the distributed packages would be beneficial and serve as a reflection of the institution’s care for the entire FIB USU family.
“This activity represents the spirit of togetherness and care within FIB USU in welcoming Eid al-Fitr. We hope that this sense of family will continue to grow and further strengthen the bonds among members of the academic community,” she stated.
The recipients welcomed the initiative with enthusiasm and gratitude. They expressed appreciation for the attention given by the faculty leadership and hoped that similar initiatives would continue in the future.
Through this activity, FIB USU reaffirms its commitment to fostering a harmonious and inclusive working environment while upholding the values of togetherness and solidarity across the faculty.
