The knowledge they gain is very useful, especially in working on final assignments or in learning.
Different internship locations can enable FIB USU students to increase their skills, such as at cultural centers. The cultural center is one of the units that works in developing artistic culture at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. In our cultural center we handle events such as providing several promotions to promote foreign culture or culture from Malaysia. And FIB USU students also received appreciation in making the welcome video, FIB USU students received appreciation from supervisors and professors from Malaysia because last year they got 12 thousand viewers and in 2024 FIB USU students will get 43 thousand viewers.
FIB USU students were also placed as interns at one of the marketing locations where FIB USU students were given a workshop to come up with ideas for workshops and design and create their own Malaysian guidebook. FIB USU student is one of the Indonesian students at the UKM publishing house, so the FIB USU student is the first Indonesian student to intern at a UKM publishing house. After that, FIB USU students not only published academic books, but FIB USU students held holidays in the same family atmosphere. FIB USU students also create video content for internships at Perkasa Teenagers. Perkasa Pemuda is the center for youth empowerment in UKM. Youth education focuses on developing talents for Malaysian teenagers, especially the lower middle class in Malaysia. So Perkasa is here to provide opportunities for teenagers to develop their skills or skills. Apart from that, FIB USU students, representatives of the youth internships, also covered a lot of activities at the FIB USU student office, also took part in making articles, shooting videos and editing posters and thank God, one of the articles that FIB USU students made was successfully published and will be uploaded in the mighty.
The article created is in Malaysian and has 10 pages. Not only that, this teenager gives FIB USU students the opportunity to take Canva classes which focus on editing Canva posters which will later be sold on social media such as IG, Twitter. YouTube, Facebook etc.
FIB USU students were appointed to read poetry, FIB USU students didn't expect it. Because one of the lecturers from UKM, Dr. Zubir Idris called FIB USU students, I wondered where Dr. Zubir Idris got my number. So Dr. Zubir said to me "you can deliver poetry at the big poetry holiday" so I am one of the representatives from Indonesia where I will present the poetry. Then, because of the difference between Malay and Indonesian, I had a little difficulty so I struggled to find Malay friends who could teach me poetry. So there was one of the UKM students who could help me. After I read the poetry, many Malay professors then read the poetry so I wasn't the only one. I was side by side with the professor in reading poetry.
