This study includes an in-depth understanding of the formation and socio-political changes that occurred in Indonesia, including interactions with other nations and their influence on national identity. Students also study the role of important figures, key events, and social movements that shaped Indonesia as a sovereign nation. Analyzing various historical sources such as ancient manuscripts, archives, artifacts, and historical relics is the main focus, with the aim of understanding the daily lives of Indonesian people in the past. Students also learn historical research methodologies that help them develop critical and analytical skills in analyzing various aspects of Indonesian history. The "Indonesian History" scientific group aims to equip students with a broad knowledge and understanding of Indonesian history, enabling them to become experts capable of contributing to education, research, government, culture, and other related sectors, as well as encouraging love and concern for history and national identity.
