FIB USU PR - Friday, August 4 2023, the Dean of FIB and the Japanese Literature Undergraduate Study Program received a visit from the Aceh Indonesian Arts and Culture Institute (ISBI), Jantho Aceh Besar. The ISBI Acek team consists of Mrs. Dr. Ratri Candrasari, M.Pd, Vice Rector l for Academic & Student Affairs, Mrs. Fentisari Desti Sucipto, M.Si, Coordinator of the Center for International Affairs and Mr. Poncut, Expert Staff to the Regent of Aceh Besar.
This visit was carried out in the context of benchmarking the opening of the Japanese Literature Study Program at ISBI Aceh. The activity continued with the signing of the IA between the Dean FIB USU and the Vice Dean I of ISBI Aceh which was also witnessed by the Vice Dean l and the Vice Dean ll. Hopefully this visit will contribute to the progress of FIB USU.
It is hoped that the academic collaboration established by FIB USU with ISBl Aceh can be implemented through student exchange schemes, internships, thematic KKN in the regions, joint research and mentoring, further studies, curriculum development, guest lecturers, and so on.
The most important thing is that ISBl Aceh requires graduates of the Master's Study Program in Art Creation and Studies, graduates of the Master's and Doctoral Study Programs in Linguistics who have a scientific background of S1 Mandarin Language and Japanese Literature to be recruited as lecturers at ISBl Aceh.
