FIB USU PR - The Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), once again achieved remarkable accomplishments at the 2026 Universitas Sumatera Utara Student Art Week (PEKSIMA USU). Awards were presented to the winners during the 2026 PEKSIMA USU Awarding Ceremony, which was held on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, starting at 1:30 PM WIB until completion, at the Student Center, 2nd Floor, Universitas Sumatera Utara.
The event was attended by Dr. Zulfan, S.S., M.Hum., Vice Dean for Education, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs of FIB USU, and was accompanied by Edy Siswanto, S.S., M.Hum., Head of the Student Affairs Subdivision of FIB USU. Their presence reflected the faculty's appreciation and support for students who have brought pride to the faculty through their achievements in various artistic disciplines.
At the 2026 USU PEKSIMA competition, students from FIB USU earned numerous awards across various categories, including creative writing, performing arts, photography, visual arts, and music. These achievements demonstrate the students' creativity, dedication, and excellence in developing their artistic and cultural potential.
