Libraries don't need large rooms, the most important thing is how technological or digital they are. In this seminar activity, a lot of knowledge will be gained to explore so that libraries become unique libraries in their respective fields. In a library seminar discussing "Artificial Intelligence (AL) is very useful for the younger generation.
Head of the Public Relations and Information Systems Bureau of the Secretariat General of the MPR, Anies Mayangsari Muninggar, S.Ip., M.E in his speech emphasized that libraries are a bridge to mastering knowledge. On the other hand, libraries are also a means of increasing access to information.
Therefore, as part of our team, we are holding a seminar at FIB USU aimed at filtering input regarding the challenges and solutions that libraries must implement in order to be able to keep up with increasingly rapid technological developments. Especially regarding the presence of AI.
"For us, this seminar is very important. To welcome the future, librarian resources need to be increased," he said
The Head of the Public Relations and Information Systems Bureau of the Secretariat General of the MPR explained that there are 3 state institutions located in the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, namely the MPR, DPR and DPD. Each of these institutions has a library.
We hope that this activity can also encourage the public to seek information and data regarding the constitutional and constitutional systems in the MPR Library. On the other hand, it also encourages young people's interest in reading, including students.
"When the MPR Library becomes a source of information and data, then if students from various levels want to carry out research and studies, they can make the MPR Library a source of data and information for studying the constitutional and constitutional systems," he said.
On this occasion, cooperation was also signed in order to expand academic networks and research collaboration as well as develop professional resources.
"Collaboration to increase the role of libraries to open wider access for the academic community and society. We encourage this collaboration to be sustainable," he said.
