HUMAS FIB USU - On Monday, 2 February 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), held a briefing meeting on the preparation for the accreditation process of the Batak Literature, Malay Literature, and Indonesian Literature study programs at the FIB USU Meeting Room.
The briefing was delivered by the Head of the Quality Assurance Board (BPM) of FIB USU, Prof. Dr. Drs. Jonner Hasugian, M.Si, and was attended by the Vice Dean I of FIB USU, Prof. Drs. Mauly Purba, M.A., Ph.D., along with all Heads of Study Programs and Study Program Secretaries within FIB USU. The meeting aimed to align perspectives and strengthen the readiness of documentation and strategic planning for the accreditation process of each study program.
In his remarks, the Head of BPM FIB USU emphasized the importance of cross-unit coordination, data accuracy, and compliance with accreditation standards as part of ongoing efforts to enhance academic quality and governance at FIB USU. The meeting is expected to serve as a strategic initial step in ensuring that the accreditation process is carried out optimally and in accordance with applicable regulations.
