FIB USU PR - On Monday, October 19, 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), conducted an Annual Performance and Discipline Evaluation for educational staff within the faculty. The activity took place at the FIB USU Meeting Room.
The evaluation aimed to review the implementation of educational staff members' duties and responsibilities over the past year, while identifying achievements, challenges, and areas requiring improvement. It also served as part of the faculty's efforts to strengthen a work culture characterized by discipline, accountability, and a commitment to improving service quality.
Through this activity, educational staff were encouraged to recognize the importance of discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism in carrying out their respective duties. Furthermore, the performance evaluation provided an opportunity to strengthen communication and coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of administrative, academic, and non-academic services within FIB USU.
This annual evaluation represents one of FIB USU's strategic initiatives to improve human resource quality and foster a productive, effective, and accountable working environment. Through regular evaluations, the faculty expects to further optimize the performance of its educational staff and encourage their positive contributions toward achieving the institution's goals.
