HUMAS FIB USU - On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), and PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia strengthened institutional synergy through the Signing of a Cooperation Agreement held at the FIB USU Meeting Room.
The activity was part of efforts to establish and expand cooperation networks between higher education institutions and external partners in supporting the development of academic programs and institutional activities. The activity was attended by the leadership and representatives of FIB USU together with representatives of PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia.
The series of activities began with remarks from the Dean of FIB USU, Mhd Pujiono, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D., followed by remarks from the General Manager of PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia, Liao Xuesheng.
The main event was marked by the signing of the cooperation agreement by the Dean of FIB USU, Mhd Pujiono, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D., and the General Manager of PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia, Liao Xuesheng. The signing ceremony was followed by a group photo and the presentation of a souvenir from FIB USU to PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia as a symbol of the collaboration established between the two institutions.
Following the signing ceremony, the activity continued with a discussion session with FIB USU lecturers. The forum served as a space to establish communication and discuss opportunities for further cooperation between FIB USU and PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia.
From FIB USU, the activity was also attended by the Vice Dean for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Infrastructure (AKSI), Ely Hayati Nasution, S.S., M.Si., CIT; the Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, Cooperation, and Internationalization (P2KI), Andi Pratama Lubis, S.S., M.Hum.; the Head of the Office; managers; as well as the Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs within FIB USU. Meanwhile, PT Hais Edukasi Indonesia was represented by General Manager Liao Xuesheng, Assistant GM Jesslyn Priscilla, and the team.
The signing of this cooperation agreement reflects FIB USU's commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with various parties to support the development of quality higher education, expand collaboration networks, and create cooperation opportunities that provide benefits for the academic community and partners.
