FIB USU PR - On March 13, 2023 The Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) USU has finished carrying out the routine Apel Pagi (Ceremony) every Monday. On this occasion, Apel Pagi was held in a hybrid manner, through offline and online. The Apel Pagi, was attended directly by the Dean, Vice Dean I, Vice Dean II, Vice Dean III, Head of Administration, Subdivision Heads, Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, Lecturers and Education Staff.
The Apel Pagi began with a salute to the Sang Merah Putih Flag accompanied by the National Anthem Indonesia Raya, led by the Apel Pagi Commander, Ibnu Hadoyo, S.Sos. Then continued the silence and reading of the Pancasila manuscript led by Iwan Syah Fitri, S.P. Reading of the opening of the 1945 State Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia by Mulyadi YS, S.E. Reading of the Panca Prasetya of the Indonesian Civil Service Corps by Fitria Agustina, S.E.
Followed by a briefing from the Dean of FIB. who gave directions and urged lecturers to fill in BKD and PAK, he also hoped for cooperation between lecturers and education staff related to BKD and PAK to cooperate with each other in the process of filling in the required data. The Apel Pagi was ended with a Prayer reading by Edy Siswanto, S.S., M.Hum. The entire event was hosted by the Ceremony Protocol, Micsella Fitri Anita Purba, S.E.
The implementation of Apel Pagi is an obligation for every employee, in addition to listening to the direction of the leadership, Apel Pagi are also useful for training discipline and responsibility for each employee. This Apel Pagi is a means of discipline regarding the time and means of responsibility of each employee and as an evaluation of activities that have been running.
This Apel Pagi was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Dr. T. Thyrhaya Zein M.A and followed by all employees. By carrying out this activity, it is expected to increase the sense of nationalism, harmony, and familiarity among officials and employees of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences USU.
