NUMBER 1883/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2024

CONCERNING
THE ACADEMIC CALENDAR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

Considering:

  1. that in order to provide uniformity in the timing of educational and teaching activities carried out by Faculties/Graduate Schools within Universitas Sumatera Utara, it is necessary to generally regulate the Academic Calendar of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the Academic Year 2024/2025;
  2. that in relation to point a above, it is deemed necessary to issue this decree.

Bearing in mind:

  1. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
  2. Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);
  3. Government Regulation Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Higher Education and the Management of Higher Education Institutions (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 16, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5500);
  4. Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 88924/MPK/RHS/KP/2020 concerning the Dismissal of Members of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2015–2020 Period and the Appointment of Members of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2020–2025 Period;
  5. Regulation of the Board of Trustees Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of Universitas Sumatera Utara;
  6. Decree of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 07/SK/MWA/XII/2020 concerning the Dismissal of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2016–2021 Period and the Appointment of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2021–2026 Period.
