RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS
ADMITTED THROUGH SBPU 2024

It is hereby announced to all new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who have been admitted through the Superior Achievement-Based Selection (SBPU) 2024 that they are required to complete registration and submit Single Tuition Fee (UKT) data online according to the following stages:

I. REGISTRATION & UKT SUBMISSION
Basic data entry and document upload must be done online through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id starting from July 12 to July 19, 2024. Required documents include:

  1. Passport photo with white background, size 400x600 pixels (max 1 MB);
  2. Original SBPU 2024 Exam Participant Card;
  3. Statement Letters P1, P2, and P3 filled in correctly, stamped Rp10,000, and signed (forms downloadable from the website);
  4. Original diploma or Graduation Certificate (SKL) or SKHUN for 2024 graduates (legalized and stamped with photo); original diploma for 2023 and 2022 graduates;
  5. Family Card (KK);
  6. National ID Card (KTP) or Student ID Card (KTS).
     

    UKT supporting data submission must be completed after submitting basic data through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. Upload of UKT supporting documents must be done via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id starting from July 12 to July 19, 2024. Required documents include:

    a. Salary slip/income statement of the financial guarantor;

    b. ID Card of the financial guarantor;

    c. Family Card of the financial guarantor;

    d. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the financial guarantor;

    e. Proof of latest Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment of guarantor’s residence;

    f. Proof of latest Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment of guarantor’s vehicle;

  7. Latest electricity bill/token of guarantor’s residence;
  8. Latest water bill of guarantor’s residence;
  9. Annual Income Tax Return (SPT) of the financial guarantor;
  10. Photo of guarantor’s house (front, left, and right sides) combined in one page, showing RT/RW number or other identity markers as proof of residence.
