RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS
MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS
IN THE ODD SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

It is hereby informed to all new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara admitted through the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) admission pathway for the Odd Semester Academic Year 2024/2025 that they are required to complete re-registration according to the following procedures:

I. RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and Document Submission must be done online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on July 4 – July 8, 2024. Required documents include:
 

  1. Passport photo with white background, size 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

  2. Original Admission Exam Card for Even Semester 2024;

  3. Statement Letter completed correctly, stamped Rp10,000, and signed (form downloadable from website);

  4. National Identity Card (KTP);

  5. Diploma and latest transcript of Bachelor’s degree (for S2 applicants);

  6. Diploma and latest transcript of Master’s degree (for S3 applicants);

  7. Accreditation certificate of previous study program;

  8. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;

  9. Study permit letter from the employing institution (for employed applicants).

II. TUITION FEE (SPP) PAYMENT
Document verification will be conducted on July 9 – July 10, 2024;
Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be made through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on July 9 – July 11, 2024.

III. COURSE REGISTRATION (KRS)
Student Identification Number (NIM) and password for accessing the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be obtained via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal is used for online course registration (KRS) one day after tuition fee payment has been completed.
