RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS ADMITTED THROUGH SMM 2024

This is to inform all new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who were admitted through the 2024 Independent Student Selection (SMM) pathway that they are required to complete registration and fill out the Online Single Tuition Fee (UKT) Data in accordance with the following procedures:

I. REGISTRATION & UKT DATA SUBMISSION

  1. Basic data entry and document upload are to be completed online via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 26 to July 30, 2024.
    Required documents include:

  2. Passport photo with white background, 400x600 pixels (max. 1 MB);
  3. Original 2024 SMM Exam Participant Card;
  4. Statement Letters P1, P2, and P3, completed accurately, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty, and signed (forms available at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
  5. Legalized diploma with attached photo;
  6. Family Card (KK);

  7. Identity Card (KTP).

     

    UKT data submission must be completed after basic data entry via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. 
    Supporting documents for UKT must be uploaded via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id from July 26 to July 30, 2024.
    Required documents include:

    a. Salary slip/income statement of the financial supporter (latest month);

    b. Identity Card (KTP) of the financial supporter;

    c. Family Card (KK) of the financial supporter;

    d. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the financial supporter;

    e. Proof of Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment (latest year);

    f. Proof of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment (latest year);

    g. Electricity bill/token (latest month);

    h. Water bill (latest month);

    i. Annual Individual/Corporate Tax Return (SPT) of the financial supporter (latest year);

    j. Photos of the residence (front, left, right views – one photo each) showing RT/RW ID or other supporting documents verifying residence.
