With the end of the odd semester T.A. 2024/2025 on January 10, 2025, and based on the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara's Decree Number 1883/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2024 (attached), and for the student study results process related to PDDikti reporting, we convey several important points as follows:

  1. Odd Semester Final Exam (UAS) T.A. 2024/2025 will be held from December 9 to December 20, 2024.
  2. Odd Semester Final Exam (UAS) Grading T.A. 2024/2025 will be from December 10 to December 21, 2024.
  3. For lecturers who are late in submitting grades for courses and practicum/laboratory grades according to the specified dates as per USU Academic Regulations and Guidelines, then:
    a. All students who took the course will be declared to have passed with a B grade for Diploma and Bachelor Programs;
    b. All students who took the course will be declared to have passed with a B+ grade for Master and Doctoral Programs.
  4. Payment of SPP/UKT and Re-registration for the even semester T.A. 2024/205 will be from January 20 to February 07, 2025 (via: https://satu.usu.ac.id/mahasiswa).
  5. KRS registration for the even semester T.A. 2024/205 will be from January 21 to February 08, 2025. (KRS registration is done 1 (one) day after SPP/UKT Payment via the website: https://satu.usu.ac.id/mahasiswa)
  6. Lectures and Practicum will be from February 10 to June 06, 2025.
  7. Requirements for online re-registration for the even semester T.A. 2024/2025:
    a. Students who are active in the even semester T.A. 2024/2025 including students who are writing their dissertation, thesis, or final assignment;
    b. For students with Academic Activity Postponement (PKA), there must be a valid Re-enrollment Permit (AKK) from the rector;
    c. Students who have paid SPP/UKT T.A. 2024/2025 based on the Bank database.
  8. Students who do not perform online re-registration are declared not registered and are not allowed to participate in academic and student activities in the current semester, and their study period will still be counted.
  9. Students who do not perform online re-registration for 2 (two) consecutive semesters are advised to withdraw as a student of Universitas Sumatera Utara before a Drop Out (DO) Decree is issued.

 

We request that these activities be carried out according to the determined schedule to support the PDDikti data reporting process.
