Subject: Notification of Application for Online Reregistration, Tuition Fee (SPP/UKT) Payment, Academic Activity Postponement (PKA), and Academic Reinstatement (AKK)

In relation to the increasing number of applications for Online Reregistration Portal opening, Tuition Fee (SPP/UKT) Payment, Academic Activity Postponement (PKA), and Academic Reinstatement (AKK), and referring to the letter of Vice Rector I USU number 15918/UN5.1.R1/TM.01.01/2025 dated July 22, 2025 regarding the Notification of Online Reregistration Schedule, we hereby inform the following:

1. Applications for Academic Reinstatement (AKK) must be received by the Bureau no later than September 4, 2025;
2. Applications for Online Reregistration Portal opening and Tuition Fee (SPP/UKT) payment must be received by the Bureau no later than September 4, 2025, except for:
   a. Students receiving Scholarships
   b. Students who have graduated and will attend the Graduation Ceremony
   c. Tuition fee arrears related to diploma collection
   d. Students who are scheduled for Final Project Examination (Thesis, Dissertation, etc.)
3. Applications for Academic Activity Postponement (PKA) must be received by the Bureau no later than September 12, 2025;
4. Students who do not carry out academic registration and whose PKA rights have expired (already twice) are required to submit a resignation application as students in accordance with the applicable procedures;
5. Faculties/Graduate Schools must comply with the above deadlines, so that no further applications are submitted after the mentioned dates.

This letter is made for your attention and to be implemented accordingly.
