REGARDING
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTER-SEMESTER PROGRAM ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

Referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards, Article 16 paragraph (3), one academic year consists of 2 (two) semesters, and universities may organize an inter-semester program.
The inter-semester program shall be carried out under the following provisions:
The inter-semester program applies to undergraduate and diploma three students.
The implementation of the Inter-Semester Program includes lectures, lecture assessments, Mid-Semester Examination (UTS), and Final Semester Examination (UAS).
Students must be active in the even semester of the ongoing academic year.
Courses that can be improved in the Inter-Semester Program are those graded E, D, C, and C+.
Courses taken may not include courses with practicum/laboratory work and/or compulsory assignments.
Students who take courses in the inter-semester program are not allowed to take Community Service Program (KKN) courses.
Inter-semester lectures may be conducted if the number of students in one class is at least 10 (ten), except for courses to be removed due to curriculum revision.
Students as referred to in point (7) may not cancel courses already taken and must pay the inter-semester tuition fee.
The tuition fee for students participating in the inter-semester program is set at IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) per credit per student.
