Subject: Implementation of Online Classes in the Context of the 2024 General Election

Dear Sir/Madam,

Based on the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Stages and Schedule for the 2024 General Election, the voting day will be held on February 14, 2024.

 

In light of this, we request that the Deans of Faculties and the Director of the Postgraduate School facilitate online classes from February 12 to 16, 2024. This is to ensure that students can exercise their right to vote in their respective hometowns.

This circular letter is issued for your attention and implementation as needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
