We hereby announce the schedule and procedures for the University of North Sumatra (USU) Graduation Ceremony, Period III Academic Year 2024/2025, as follows:

1. Graduation Registration

1.1. Graduation registration at the Faculty/Graduate School level must be completed no later 

       than April 8, 2025.
1.2. Submission of graduation documents from Faculties/Graduate School to the Academic 

       Bureau (2nd Floor, BPA USU) no later than April 10, 2025, at 15:00 WIB.
1.3. The graduation ceremony will be held on May 7–8, 2025.
1.4. Registration will only be processed at the Faculty/Graduate School level, not directly    

       through the Academic Bureau of USU.
1.5. Graduate biodata must be verified carefully, particularly: full name, place/date of birth, 

       photo, religion, alumni number, previous school/university, thesis/dissertation title, name of 

       promoter, and co-promoter (if any).
1.6. Heads of Academic Subdivision at Faculties/Graduate School are responsible for ensuring 

       that all graduation data has been properly processed and recorded.

2. Graduation Fee

2.1. Based on USU Rector’s Decree No. 1465/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019, the graduation fee is IDR 

       600,000 (six hundred thousand rupiah) per student.
2.2. Students under the UKT (Single Tuition Fee) scheme are subject to the above graduation 

       fee.
2.3. Students receiving Full UKT Scholarships are exempted from graduation fees.
