We hope that the implementation of the Workshop and Assistance in the Preparation of International Class Semester Learning Plans (RPS) can improve the quality and develop FIB for the better, and this activity can continue to be held every year.

FIB USU PR - On Friday 16 June 2023, FIB USU carried out Workshop and Assistance in Preparing International Class Semester Learning Plans (RPS) smoothly at the Grandhika Hotel Medan. Workshop activities consist of several main activities, namely opening, presentation of material, participant presentations and closing. This activity was attended by 85 participants from the ranks of Deans, Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, Lecturers of Undergraduate Study Programs, and educational staff.

 

 

The main series of activities were presented by anchor Yosie Indah Yuni, S.S., M.Sc. The opening activities began with listening to the national anthem Indonesia Raya, prayers and continued with remarks from Vice Dean I Prof. Mauly Purba, M.A., Ph.D. and officially opened by the Dean of FIB USU, Mrs. Prof. Dr. T. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A.

 

The material presentation activity was presented by Fatimah, M.Appl.Ling., Ph.D., Secretary of the Department of Language and Literature, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, divided into two sessions, each consisting of presentation and discussion sessions. The first material presentation was held from 10.00 – 12.00 WIB regarding the material "Best Practice - Implementation of International Classes at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, then continued with discussion. 

 

The second presentation started again at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB regarding the International Class RPS material and then continued with showing the participants' OBE RPS forms, Assessment Rubrics and Student Assignment Plans. The workshop activities were officially closed by the chairman of the committee, namely Prof. Dr. Mauly Purba, M.A., Ph.D.

 

We hope that the implementation of the Workshop and Assistance in the Preparation of International Class Semester Learning Plans (RPS) can improve the quality and develop FIB for the better, and this activity can continue to be held every year.
