FIB USU PR - Tuesday, March 21, 2023 The Ethnomusicology Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) USU has carried out "Paper Writing and Journal Making Training for the Ethnomusicology Study Program" for students and lecturers. This training aims to enable students and lecturers to write and publish journals or scientific papers. This event is held from 14.00 to 17.00 online.
On this occasion, the event was opened directly by the Dean of FIB USU (Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein. M.A.), in his opening remarks, the Dean of FIB USU hopes that this training can produce output in the form of journals or scientific works in the fields of ethnomusicology and culture for students and lecturers. The same thing is also the hope of the Head of the Ethnomusicology Study Program (Dra. Rithaony, M.A) in his opening remarks.
This training was filled by two speakers, namely Mr. Handoko, S.S., M.Hum (Lecturer of Universitas Andalas) who provided material in the form of journal publishing management and journal portal management.
Mr. Agung Suharyanto, S.S., M.Si (Universitas Medan Area Lecturer) who provided material on how to write a journal as well as tips and tricks in writing for beginners.
