FIB USU PR - On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, University of North Sumatra held a signing of Cooperation Agreement between Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) USU and UIN Lhokseumawe in Dean Room of FIB USU. Attended by Dean of FIB Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein, MA, Vice Dean 1 Prof. Drs. Mauly Purba, MA, Ph.D. Vice Dean 3 Mr. Mhd. Pujiono, SS, M.Hum., Ph.D, Lecturer of English Literature FIB USU Prof. Dra. T. Silvana Sinar, Dipl. TEFL, MA, Ph.D. Dean of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Lhokseumawe Dr. Jumat Barus, SS, MS who was represented by Dr. Zurrivati M.Hum.
Dean of FIB USU, Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein M.A., expressed her hope that the signing of this cooperation will be a very good start for FIB USU and UIN Lhokseumawe in the future. The Faculty of Cultural Sciences has 15 study programs consisting of 10 Bachelor's Degree Study Programs, Indonesian Literature Study Program, English Literature Study Program, Arabic Literature Study Program, History Study Program, Ethnomusicology Study Program, Japanese Literature Study Program, Library and Information Science Study Program, Batak Literature Study Program, Malay Literature Study Program, and Mandarin Language Study Program. Plus 4 Master's (Postgraduate) Study Programs: Master of Linguistics Study Program, Master of Art Creation and Study Study Program, Master of History Study Program, Master of English Study Program, and one Doctoral Study Program in Linguistics.
