FIB USU PR - Tuesday 31 January 2023 USU's Master of History Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, held a socialization, signed a collaboration, public lecture and gathered students, alumni and teaching staff on the second day at the Sejarah dan Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) Study Program, Fakultas Humaiora dan Adab, UIN Ar Raniry Banda Aceh After signatory of the IA collaboration, Head of Study Program Prof. Pujiati conveyed the socialization and introduction to the Masters in History Study Program (lectures, tuition fees, subjects and the strengths of the courses in this study program). In between explanations of the study program, Prof. Pujiati conveyed the importance of Islamic studies in Indonesian historiography.
Prof. Budi Agustono in his public lecture explained about the latest Islamic studies in Europe and encouraged final students and alumni to prepare themselves to design a master's research proposal if they plan to study for a master's degree while adding reading and historical material to prepare a historical research proposal.
The final semester student participants and SPI alumni responded quite well to the two speakers' presentations with curiosity. These are the socialization activities and public lectures at the end of the semester and January 2023 at the Sejarah dan Kebudayaan Islam Study Program, Fakultas Humaiora dan Adab, UIN Ar Raniry Banda Aceh.
