HUMAS FIB USU - On Friday, December 12, 2024, Universitas Umatera Utara (USU) held the USU Awards event. This event was held by giving several awards and appreciation in various categories for the achievements of students and best advisor lecturers. The categories are International, National, Provincial/Regional and Ministry-level achievements.

USU Award 2024 carries the theme "Inspiring with Shared Achievements", which is expected to be able to spur the enthusiasm of the academic community in innovating and working. USU Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Sc., in his remarks expressed his appreciation for the entire academic community who have contributed to improving the university's reputation at the national and international levels.

USU Award 2024 provides a number of main awards to individuals and groups who have shown extraordinary achievements in various fields. The Outstanding Lecturer Award is given to lecturers who have contributed superiorly in the tridharma of higher education, including education, research, and community service.

  3. Third Best in Category of Study Programs with Industrial Collaboration, Japanese Literature Undergraduate Program

  4. Best in the Best Research Category in the Social and Humanities Field, Junaidi, S.S., M.A.

  5. Third Best in the Best Research Category in the Social and Humanities Field, Prof. Dr. Rudy Rofyan, S.S., M.Hum.

  6. Muthia Sari 1st Place 10th TIRAK Taekwondo International Tournament

  7. Juliano Adjie Mansiz and Humairah Hunaifah Al-Layalin Manik 1st Place The 23rd IMT-GT Varsity Carnival (Dance)

  8. Farah Aisyah and Dinda Nano Pratiwi 3rd Place The 23rd IMT-GT Varsity Carnival (Volleyball)
