FIB USU PR - On Monday, August 24, 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a Coordination Meeting for the FIB USU Summer Course as part of its preparations for the 2026 FIB USU Summer Course. The meeting took place in the FIB USU Meeting Room.
The coordination meeting was attended by representatives of the FIB USU leadership and the Summer Course organizing committee. The meeting formed part of FIB USU’s efforts to strengthen internal coordination and ensure organizational readiness for the 2026 Summer Course. Through coordination between faculty leadership and the organizing committee, preparations are expected to proceed in a structured and integrated manner, in accordance with the respective roles and responsibilities of all parties involved.
The Summer Course is an academic program that provides opportunities to strengthen academic networks and advance the internationalization of higher education. For FIB USU, the program also serves as a platform to broaden academic perspectives while expanding interaction and collaboration in the field of cultural studies.
The coordination meeting marked one of the preparatory stages leading up to the implementation of the 2026 FIB USU Summer Course. Through strong coordination between faculty leadership and the organizing committee, FIB USU continues to work toward ensuring the program is implemented effectively and to the highest possible standard.
