FIB USU PR -  On Monday, 9 March 2026, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FIB USU), held a meeting on the Integrity Zone Development Program toward Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (ZI-WBK) as part of the faculty’s commitment to strengthening clean, transparent, and service-oriented governance. The meeting was attended by faculty leaders, area managers, and the Integrity Zone development team within FIB USU.

Several important matters related to the preparation and submission of the ZI-WBK report were discussed during the meeting. The official deadline for report submission was set for 11 March 2026, while the internal deadline at the faculty level was targeted for 10 March 2026 to allow verification of all required documents prior to submission.

The reporting process is guided by Benny Wardhana, S.H., serving as Deputy Chair of the team, while the coordination of supporting documents is handled by Suryawan, S.Sos., as General Coordinator. All reports are completed through the official Inspira DIKTI reporting system.

To support the reporting process, all area managers have been provided with accounts in the Inspira DIKTI system using their respective official USU email addresses. The accounts were created by Muliyadi YS, S.E., acting as Secretary of the team. During the meeting, a demonstration on how to complete the ZI-WBK report in the Inspira DIKTI system was also conducted by Muliyadi YS, S.E., using one of the area manager accounts so that all participants could clearly understand the reporting procedure.

The meeting also discussed the implementation of the Inspira DIKTI survey, which will be completed by students as part of the program evaluation. Students who will participate are required to send an email request to the team secretary in order to receive the survey link. A total of 30 students are planned to participate in the Inspira DIKTI survey for the second-quarter evaluation period.

As a conclusion of the meeting, all area managers agreed to coordinate closely with Suryawan, S.Sos., under the guidance of Benny Wardhana, S.H. and Muliyadi YS, S.E., in completing the ZI-WBK report through the Inspira DIKTI system. All reports are targeted to be fully collected by 10 March 2026 in order to meet the official submission deadline.

Through this meeting, FIB USU reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the development of the Integrity Zone toward a Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucracy, as a concrete effort to improve governance quality, public services, and institutional integrity within Universitas Sumatera Utara.
