FIB USU PR - Wednesday, June 7, 2023, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences received a visit from the field verification team of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) in the context of External Archival Supervision. This visit was also in collaboration with the USU Archives Office. The field verification visit by ANRI took place on 6-8 June 2023 and the Faculty of Cultural Sciences received a visit on the 2nd day after visits to the USU Archives Office and the Faculty of Economics and Business.
On the occasion of this working visit, the event began with an opening as well as remarks by Mrs. Dra. Heristina Dewi, M.Pd as Vice Dean II of FIB. Next was a speech from the Head of the USU Archives Office, Mrs. Aisyah, S.E., M.Si, followed by remarks from Mrs. Dra. Krihanta, M.Si as the Main Archivist of the Supervision Team.
The next event was a visit and review of the FIB USU Archive Room as well as the Supervisory Team, namely Mrs. Yuanita Utami, S.i.p (Young Archivist) conducting a Quotation Test on the Dean's Inauguration Data in the 90s. The Picking Test and data verification carried out went well with the assistance of Mr. Andhika Iskandar as the Manager of the Archives Unit II (UKA II).
After completing reviewing and providing some suggestions related to the archives of FIB USU, the ANRI field verification team left FIB USU to continue their next visit.
