This workshop is expected to provide knowledge, experience and skills regarding the preservation of cultural heritage and cultural heritage. Students are expected to be able to be involved in maintaining and developing their potential for the welfare, pride and identity of the nation.

FIB USU PR - Tuesday, May 7th 2024, the Undergraduate of Historical Science Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB), Universitas Sumatra Utara (USU) carried out a Cultural Extension Workshop. The workshop took place in the Prof. T. Amin Ridwan Hall of FIB USU. The resource person invited to this workshop was Mrs. Irini Dewi Wanti, S.S., M.SP who is the Director of Cultural Development and Utilization of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The workshop was guided by moderator M.Azis Rizky Lubis, S.S., M.A. accompanied by Dra. Junita Setiana Ginting, M.Sc. as a lecturer in the Cultural Extension course who is also the secretary of the FIB USU Historical Science Study Program.

 

 

The activity began with a report from the committee chairman, Drs. Edi Sumarno, M.Hum., speech from Head of Study Program, Dra. Lila Pelita Hati, M.Si. and remarks from the Vice Dean III as well as opening the event. There were 100 activity participants consisting of lecturers and students. This workshop is expected to provide knowledge, experience and skills regarding the preservation of cultural heritage and cultural heritage. Students are expected to be able to be involved in maintaining and developing their potential for the welfare, pride and identity of the nation. Apart from that, it also provides skills in understanding the duties of a cultural instructor, which is currently called cultural instructor.
