FIB USU PR - On Monday, February 24, 2025, the Faculty of Cultural Sciences USU Commemorated Isra Mi’raj and Welcoming the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1446H with the Theme: “The Spirit of Isra Mi’raj Creates a Superior and Devout Generation of the Digital Era”. which was attended by Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A. (Dean of FIB), Dra. Heristina Dewi, M.Pd. (Vice Dean II), Mhd. Pujiono, S.S., M.Hum., Ph.D. (Vice Dean III), Al Ustadz Ibrahim, M.Pd (as a speaker), Ustadz Dr. Windi Chaldun, Lc., M.Hum (Head of BKM Nurul Ilmi) All Lecturers, Education Staff and Students were held at the FIB USU Multipurpose Building.
The Dean of FIB Prof. Dr. Dra. T. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A. delivered a speech. Thank God we pray to the presence of Allah SWT for the abundance of grace, guidance and guidance, especially for the blessing of health, so that God willing we can still be reunited with the Holy month of Ramadhan 1446 H.
Isra' Mi'raj is a great event and is proof of the power of Allah SWT. The event takes a valuable lesson for all humans that humans are creations of Allah SWT who have limitations in their minds. However, thanks to the grace of Allah SWT, humans can develop their minds so that they can create something extraordinary. For example, telecommunications and transportation devices are now very sophisticated and can facilitate the process of life in this world.
This Isra' Mi'raj takes the theme "The Spirit of Isra' Mi'raj to Create a Superior and Devout Generation of the Digital Era." As we feel today, the development of digitalization is so rapid that it has occurred in almost all aspects of life. This generation is very familiar with things related to digital. As educators, we have a very important role in shaping the character of the next generation to become a generation that is ready to compete and has a strong religious foundation.
Hopefully, this commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj can ignite our spirit to realize this noble ideal. Said the Dean
