FIB USU PR - Wednesday, May 17, 2023, the Chinese Language Study Program held a Hybrid Workshop with the theme "Writing Student Final Projects into Chinese Study Program Journals". This workshop was attended by students of the Chinese Language Study Program FIB USU and also invited the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences USU (Mrs. Prof. Dr. Thyrhaya Zein, M.A) and Mrs. Agni Malagina, M.Hum as resource persons at this workshop. This activity aims to help students, especially final semester students, in writing final projects and other scientific works.

 

 

This activity began with a speech by the Head of the Chinese Language Study Program (Mrs. Niza Ayuningtias, S.S., MTCSOL.) Next was the giving of remarks as well as the opening of the activity by the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences USU, in her remarks the Dean of FIB USU hoped that students who had participated in this activity finally had the ability to write journals properly and correctly in accordance with applicable research principles.

 

On this occasion, the workshop was opened with a presentation of material from Mrs. Agni Malagina, M.Hum (Lecturer of FIB University of Indonesia). In her presentation Mrs. Agni explained that researching is not "scary" as most students imagine. Furthermore, the session continued with questions and answers between the speakers and workshop participants. In this workshop, the participants were also asked to design their research designs directly in groups determined according to the interests of the students. The workshop went smoothly without any significant obstacles.
