Julina, B.A., M.TCSOL., was born in Tebing Tinggi on May 11, 1979. She is a lecturer at Universitas Sumatera Utara specializing in Linguistics. She earned her master's degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) from the Faculty of International Chinese Language Education at South China Normal University in 2011. She has been teaching at Universitas Sumatera Utara since 2004.
