Dra. Herlina, M.Hum. was born in Kabanjahe on December 2, 1964. She is a lecturer at Universitas Sumatera Utara specializing in Philology. She earned her Master's degree in Linguistics from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara, in 2007.
