Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding the reports we have received about students receiving Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah who have fallen victim to fraud by irresponsible individuals, we deem it important to give special attention to this issue. The fraud is carried out through various methods, such as requests for money transfers, collection of personal data, or offers of assistance promising certain benefits. To prevent this from continuing, we kindly request your help in conveying the following warnings to students at your Faculty, especially those receiving the KIP Kuliah scholarship program:

  1. Be vigilant against any suspicious communication claiming to be on behalf of the University, the Government, or the KIP Kuliah program organizers;
  2. Do not transfer any money for any reason related to the disbursement or administrative process of the KIP Kuliah program;
  3. Verify the truth of information through the official University channels, namely the Faculty Student Affairs Department and the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations;
  4. If you discover any fraud attempts, students are asked to report them immediately to the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations;
