In relation to the implementation of the USU Graduation Ceremony Period I Academic Year 2024/2025, for the smooth execution, the following matters are hereby informed:

  1. Graduation Registration:

  2. Graduation registration at the Faculty/Graduate School level no later than October 22, 2024;

  3. Submission of graduation documents from the Faculties/Graduate School to the Admissions and Academic Events Section, Academic Bureau at 2nd Floor BPA USU no later than October 26, 2024 at 15:00 WIB;

  4. The USU Graduation Ceremony Period I Academic Year 2024/2025 will be held on November 25 and 26, 2024;

  5. Heads of Faculty and Graduate School Academic Subdivisions are requested to process the registration of graduation candidates in collaboration with the Study Program/Department;

  6. Graduation registration is carried out only at the Faculty/Graduate School level, there is no registration at the USU Academic Bureau;

  7. Graduation candidates’ biodata must be re-checked, especially: place and date of birth, photo, religion, alumni number, school/university of origin, thesis/dissertation title, names of Promoter and Co-Promoter. The column must not contain the words not filled;

  8. Graduation fees are based on Rector’s Decree USU Number: 1465/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019 dated April 18, 2019, as follows:

1.7.1. Non-UKT (Single Tuition Fee) students are charged Rp.600,000 (Six hundred thousand rupiah) per person for all program levels,
1.7.2. Students whose tuition fees are based on Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) are not charged graduation fees.
