Subject: Extension of the Registration Schedule for Graduation Ceremony Period III Academic Year 2023/2024

In reference to our previous letter Number 10705/UN5.1.R1/LLS/2024 dated March 19, 2024, we hereby inform you that due to the Academic Agenda, namely the implementation of the Computer-Based Written Examination for the National Selection Based on Test (UTBK-SNBT) to be held on April 30 and May 2–7, 2024 (Wave I), and May 14–20, 2024 (Wave II), the schedule has been adjusted as follows:

  1. Registration for graduation participants at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level is extended until April 26, 2024.

  2. Submission of graduation documents from the Faculties/Postgraduate School to the Admissions and Academic Events Section, Academic Bureau, 1st Floor of BPA USU, is extended until May 2, 2024, at 3:00 PM WIB.
