PROCEDURES FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS
IN THE ODD SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026
It is hereby announced to all new students admitted through the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) New Student Admission for the Odd Semester Academic Year 2025/2026 that they are required to complete re-registration in accordance with the following procedures:
I. RE-REGISTRATION
- Registration and submission of documents shall be conducted online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 18 – July 23, 2025.
- The documents to be uploaded during online registration include:
- Passport photo with white background, dimension 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
- Original Examination Card for Odd Semester Admission 2025;
- Declaration Letter duly completed, affixed with a Rp.10,000 stamp duty, and signed (form can be downloaded at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
- Identity Card (KTP);
- Original diploma and transcript of the last Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s Program applicants);
- Original diploma and transcript of the last Master’s degree (for Doctoral Program applicants);
- Accreditation certificate of previous study program;
- Drug-free certificate from a Government Hospital;
- Study permit letter from employer (for those currently employed).
II. TUITION FEE PAYMENT
- Document verification will be conducted from July 23 – July 28, 2025;
- Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be accessed through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 28 – August 4, 2025.
III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) FILLING
- Student Identification Number (NIM) and password for logging into the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. This portal is used to fill in the online Study Plan Card (KRS) one day after tuition fee payment.
- Lectures will commence on August 18, 2025. Prior to attending classes, students will receive information regarding class schedules from their respective faculties.
- Once students have obtained their NIM, the temporary Student Identity Card (KTM) can be printed independently via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
