PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS
ODD SEMESTER A.Y. 2024/2025 BATCH II

It is hereby informed that all newly admitted students of the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Odd Semester of Academic Year 2024/2025 Batch II are required to carry out re-registration according to the following procedures:

I. RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and submission of documents are conducted online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on August 1–3, 2024. The documents to be uploaded include:

  1. Recent color photograph with white background, 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

  2. Original Admission Exam Card for Odd Semester Batch II 2024;

  3. Statement Letter duly completed, signed, and affixed with Rp10,000 duty stamp (form downloadable at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);

  4. National Identity Card (KTP);

  5. Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript for Master’s applicants; Master’s degree certificate and transcript for Doctoral applicants;

  6. Accreditation certificate of the previous Study Program;

  7. Drug-Free Certificate issued by a Government Hospital;

  8. Study permit approval letter from employer/institution (for those who are employed).

Note:
Students are required to regularly check http://registrasi.usu.ac.id to view the verification results (Accepted/Rejected).

II. TUITION PAYMENT

  1. Document verification will be conducted on August 2–5, 2024.
  2. Virtual Account information will be available at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on August 6–8, 2024.
  3. Tuition payment must be completed on August 7–9, 2024.
