PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
ADMITTED THROUGH SMM 2025

It is hereby informed to all new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who have been admitted through the Independent Student Admission Selection (SMM) 2025 that they are required to complete registration and fill in the Online Single Tuition Fee (UKT) data according to the following stages:

1. REGISTRATION & UKT ENTRY

  1. Filling in basic data and uploading documents is done online via the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id starting from June 21 to June 28, 2025. Documents to be uploaded at the time of registration include:

    a. Passport photo with white background, dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

    b. Original 2025 SMM participant card;

    c. Original Statement Letters P1, P2, and P3 that have been completely and correctly filled, affixed with Rp10,000 duty stamp, and signed (the Statement Letter forms P1, P2, and P3 can be downloaded from https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);

    d. Original Diploma (Graduates of 2023, 2024, and 2025) or Graduation Certificate (for 2025 graduates). If only a photocopy of the diploma is available, it must be legalized and affixed with the student’s photo (stamped by the school);

    e. Family Card (KK);

    f. National Identity Card (KTP);

Notes:

  • Verification results of submitted documents can be viewed through each student’s account on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id between June 25 to June 30, 2025;

  • Students are required to check the registration website regularly to see the verification results (Accepted/Rejected). If the registration documents are “rejected,” students must correct the data no later than July 01, 2025;

  • If you encounter difficulties in filling registration data on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id, please contact the Registration Helpdesk at +6285191106118, +62852-7001-4466, +62852-7001-4455, +62882-1102-7853, or +62 882-1102-7851 (Chat Only) during working hours from 08.00 AM to 04.00 PM WIB.

     

  1. Filling in UKT supporting data can be done after the basic data has been finalized (submitted) by the new student on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
    UKT data entry and uploading of supporting documents can be done via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id starting from June 21 to June 28, 2025.
    Documents to be uploaded for UKT include:

    a. Salary slip or income statement of the latest month from the sponsor/payer;

    b. National Identity Card (KTP) of the sponsor/payer;

    c. Family Card (KK) of the sponsor/payer;

    d. Tax Identification Number (NPWP) of the sponsor/payer;

    e. Proof of latest annual land and building tax (PBB) payment for the sponsor’s residence;

    f. Proof of latest motor vehicle tax (PKB) payment of the sponsor’s vehicle;

    g. Latest electricity bill/token of the sponsor’s residence;

    h. Latest water bill of the sponsor’s residence;

    i. Latest Individual or Corporate Annual Tax Return (SPT) of the sponsor/payer.
