To ensure the smooth implementation of online re-registration, the filling of the Study Plan Card (KRS) for USU students in Diploma Three (D-3), Undergraduate (S-1) and Extension, Master’s (S-2), Doctoral (S-3), Professional, and Specialist Education Programs for the Odd Semester A.Y. 2024/2025, the following schedule is provided:

  1. Tuition (SPP/UKT) Payment and Re-Registration: August 1 – August 17, 2024 (through the Satu Mahasiswa application at satu.usu.ac.id)

  2. Study Plan (KRS) Filling: August 2 – August 18, 2024 (KRS filling can be done 1 day after tuition payment via Satu Mahasiswa application at satu.usu.ac.id)

  3. Lectures & Practicum: August 19 – December 6, 2024

  4. KRS Revision: August 24 – August 28, 2024

  5. Requirements for Online Re-Registration Odd Semester A.Y. 2024/2025:

  6. Active students in Odd Semester A.Y. 2024/2025, including those completing dissertation, thesis, final project, or undergraduate thesis;
  7. Students with Postponement of Academic Activities (PKA) must obtain approval of Study Resumption (AKK) from the Rector;

  8. Students who have completed tuition (SPP/UKT) payment for Odd Semester A.Y. 2024/2025 based on Bank database.

     

    6. Students who do not complete online re-registration are considered unregistered and are not permitted to participate in academic or student activities during the semester, and the study period will still be counted.

    7. Students who fail to complete online re-registration for two consecutive semesters are advised to withdraw from Universitas Sumatera Utara before the issuance of a Termination of Study or Drop Out (DO) Letter.
