With due respect, in connection with the implementation of Interviews for the selection of new students for the Master’s and Doctoral Programs, Batch II of 2023, which will be held on July 17 to July 20, 2023, we hereby convey the following:
Each Study Program is required to verify student documents in accordance with the Standard Operational Guidelines (POB) for the Selection of Master’s and Doctoral Program Students in 2023 and other regulations applied by each respective study program. In addition, the study program should check the new student application files through the website: http://mako-sps.usu.ac.id by paying attention to:
a. Accreditation of the Undergraduate Program (S1) for applicants to the Master’s Program (S2), and accreditation of the Master’s Program (S2) for applicants to the Doctoral Program (S3) through the BAN PT and LAM-PTKes websites.
b. Completeness of documents such as diplomas, transcripts, recommendations, etc.
If the documents do not meet the requirements, the applicants must be immediately informed so that they can complete them.
The interviews will be conducted according to the schedule set from July 17 to July 20, 2023, and the reporting of the interview results (Minutes, Assessment, Attendance, etc.) must be submitted no later than July 21, 2023 using the following interview instruments:

Each Study Program must submit the interviewer data and the number of interviewees as required.
