Subject : Graduation Ceremony for USU Graduates Period IV Academic Year 2023/2024

Dear Sir/Madam,
In connection with the upcoming graduation ceremony of Universitas Sumatera Utara for Period IV Academic Year 2023/2024, we would like to inform you of the following matters to ensure smooth implementation:
1.1. Registration of graduation candidates at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level must be completed no later than July 22, 2024.
1.2. Submission of graduation documents from Faculties/Postgraduate School to the Admission and Academic Event Section, Academic Bureau (2nd Floor BPA USU), must be completed no later than July 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM WIB.
1.3. The graduation ceremony for USU graduates Period IV A.Y. 2023/2024 will be held on August 21–22, 2024.
1.4. Heads of Academic Affairs at Faculties and Postgraduate School are requested to process graduation registrations in coordination with Study Programs/Departments.
1.5. Graduation registration is only conducted at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level. There will be no registration at the Academic Bureau.
1.6. Student biodata must be completed with: place and date of birth, photo, religion, alumni number, previous school/university, thesis/dissertation title, names of Promoter and Co-Promoter. No field should be left blank.
1.7. Graduation fee based on Rector’s Decree of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number: 1465/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019 dated April 18, 2019, is IDR 600,000 (six hundred thousand rupiah).
1.7.1. Non-UKT students are subject to this fee.
1.7.2. Students under the UKT scheme are exempted from graduation fees.
