In relation to the Graduation Ceremony of USU Graduates Period I Academic Year 2023/2024, to ensure smooth implementation, please take note of the following information:

1. Graduation Registration

1.1. Registration of graduation participants at the Faculty/Graduate School level no later than October 21, 2023.
1.2. Submission of graduation files from Faculty/Graduate School to the Academic Reception and Event Section of the Academic Bureau at Lt. II BPA USU no later than October 25, 2023, at 15.00 WIB.
1.3. The Graduation Ceremony of USU Graduates Period I A.Y. 2023/2024 will be held on November 23, 2023.
1.4. Files will be processed by the Subdivision of Academic Affairs at the Faculty and Graduate School for verification according to study program/department.
1.5. Registration is carried out only at the Faculty/Graduate School, not at the Academic Bureau of USU.
1.6. Graduate biodata must be completed, including: place & date of birth, photo, religion, alumni number, previous school/university, thesis/dissertation title, names of Promoter & Co-Promoter (if any). Incomplete biodata will not be processed.
1.7. Graduation fee is determined based on Rector’s Decree USU Number: 1465/UN5.1.R/SK/SPB/2019, amounting to Rp600,000 (six hundred thousand rupiah).
  a. For regular students, this fee is not charged to UKT.
  b. Transfer students are required to pay the graduation fee through designated banks.

2. Final Examination

To avoid delays in submission of graduation files, students who plan to graduate are advised to complete their final examination as soon as possible.

3. Obligations of Prospective Graduates

3.1. Must have been declared as passing the final program examination (proven by SK).
3.2. Must have completed SPP payment up to the semester of graduation implementation.
