With due respect, in relation to the conclusion of the Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 on July 12, 2024, final project examinations including undergraduate theses, master’s theses, and dissertations may be conducted in the following new academic year. It is also hereby informed to the Faculty Leadership that lectures for the Odd Semester Academic Year 2024/2025 will commence on August 19, 2024 and conclude on January 13, 2025.
Faculty leaders within USU are requested to advise all study programs in their respective faculties regarding the contents of this letter.
